SERAPH’S LEARNING ACADEMY
Learning Tarot is a lifelong journey of self-reflection, pattern recognition, and symbolic understanding. This DIY curriculum is designed to help you grasp the core meaning of all 78 Tarot cards quickly and effectively. While not a comprehensive encyclopedia, it provides a solid foundation you can build upon.
🏛️ Core Beliefs
🔗⚠️ Seraph’s Belief System (B.S.)
This page outlines my comprehensive beliefs, interpretive frameworks, and ethical stance on Tarot. Begin here if you seek to understand my foundational views—on what Tarot is, how it ought to be used, and the theories that shape my approach. This will help you determine whether my approach to Tarot resonates with your own path of study.
📚 How It Works
You will begin by learning the anatomy of a Tarot deck and the basic correspondences: the four suits, four elements, and numerology. You’ll then learn how to apply this knowledge to the scenes depicted on the cards to extract meaning. This visual-symbolic method works especially well with the Rider–Waite–Smith deck, whose rich imagery lends itself to layered interpretation.
Once you’re confident with the basics, you’ll progress into advanced correspondences—Astrology and Color Symbolism—which further enrich the cards’ meanings.
🧰 TOOLS OF THE CRAFT
Before anything else, you must equip yourself properly. As in any sacred art, the quality of your tools reflects the seriousness of your intent.
